Overview of the topics Karl will address
Better than Bigger: Taking a new perspective on Church Growth Our relentless chase for bigger! faster! is hurting, not helping. Our size obsession is a dangerous mindset that both big and small churches struggle with. What can we do to change course?
Small Churches can also be effective! Small churches not only can be effective, but when they see their size, not as a problem to fix, but as part of a strategy Jesus is using to build his church, they become some of the most effective congregations in the world
A New Ways at developing Vision in the local Church On the Day of Pentecost in Acts chapter 2, everything changed, including how the church hears from God together. Karl will talk about how to listen to God as a church, while still honoring leadership and utilizing your pastoral gifts.
Reaching the Next Generation: A Three-Level Strategy For most of history, the pace of change was slow and easy to follow. Now, the pace is unsustainably fast. How do we reach a new generation when the ground is always shifting? Karl will share proven principles from churches that have grown younger as they’ve become healthier.
