12 Flash Consultation Coaching for Churches
The goal of such a consultation is to strengthen your church’s ministry so that it can reach out to people even more effectively and fulfill its God-given mission. First, stock will be taken where the church currently stands. For such a flash consultation, Paul is willing to meet with the pastor, church leaders, or church workers. Afterward the consultation, the church leadership can decide whether they want long-term coaching based on Church Basic International or the principle of Natural Church Development, or whether they want to follow up with another coaching program.
During a flash consultation, each church can decide for itself which areas it wants to focus on:
- Worship service design with a focus on worship music
- Effective cooperation between board members and staff
- Effective steps to appeal to the next generation and get them to take on responsibility in the church
- Improvement of administrative processes
- Ideas on how to prioritize the church’s focus on “mission” rather than just ‘maintenance’
- Overcoming the biggest obstacle to growth and “missionary” activities
- Developing ways to continuously evaluate, adapt, and promote church ministry.
